Services
Bodywork is a series of focused intentional moves to promote the bodies innate way of healing itself.
The moves are gentle yet precise; they evoke a response in the fascia, musculoskeletal system, the autonomic nervous
system and bodies energetic
pathways. They promote circulation and lymph drainage and releases natural cortisol to decrease pain and inflammation.

Myofascial cupping decompresses the skin and underlying tissues to promote blood and lymph flow, reduce inflammation and relieve pressure thus relieving pain.
This is a complementary modality when used in conjunction with bodywork and energy healing.

Bowen Therapy, Rieki, Acupressure and Cranio-Sacral Balancing are used to promote healing within the body, to optimize energy flow, mental clarity and comfortable movement once more.

Throughout the session, you’ll allow your body to move into the deepest state of relaxation you have ever experienced and ignite the mind-body connection through therapeutic touch, restorative stretch, and mindfulness meditation.
